Selling & Client Service
Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Acquire new customers while building a loyal client base
Plan in-store events.
Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis.
Ensure all merchandise is neat, in good condition and presented well on the floor.
Straighten, fill-in and steam throughout the day.
Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards - both during the day and at the end of the day.
Notify management of maintenance issues.
Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
Follow all procedures in the POR system for ringing up sales.
Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms.
In downtime, perform activities to help build the business (e.g. reach out to charities, concierges, wedding planners, etc.)
Cleaning (swiffer floor, dust, wipe down mirrors and countertops)
Retail and/or styling experience.
Hours: Tues-Wed 12-7, Th 11-8, Fri 11-7, some weekends and events (may be flexible).
Passion for Customer Service, Styling and Product.
Attention to detail.
Must be a team player.
Superior customer service skills.
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the store.
Ability to work well under pressure/in busy times.
